Say hello to my drink of the summer — Smoky Mango Margarita!

Smoky Mango Margarita

On a recent trip to Cabo, I was introduced to this delicious concoction at the Esperanza Resort and let me just say, it’s the perfect drink to me. It’s sweet from the mango, slightly smoky from chipotle chili powder, and is a great slushy consistency.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Frozen Mango Chunks
  • Blanco Tequila (LALO for me!)
  • Cointreau
  • Lime Juice
  • Chipotle Chili Powder
  • Tajin and Lime Wedges, for Serving
Smoky Mango Margarita

This cocktail comes together easily by simply blending all of your ingredients in a high-powered blender. I love to add Tajin to the rim of my serving glasses for an extra kick of flavor, but you do you! Tajin, salt, or sugar, you cannot go wrong with how you serve this. Carefully pour the margarita into the prepared glass, add a wedge of lime, and you are ready to enjoy!

Smoky Mango Margarita

This Smoky Mango Margarita is the perfect poolside or backyard to enjoy all summer long. Smoky, sweet and perfectly frozen! This margarita also pairs deliciously with my 10-Minute Black Bean Dip or Shrimp Ceviche! No matter how you sip this, you will absolutely enjoy this all season long.

Super tasty! Wish I would have found this recipe at the beginning of summer. Nothing better than throwing everything in the blender and ending up with a fancy feeling drink in just a few minutes.
