This Italian Margarita is what summer dreams are made of! It’s a classic margarita with an Aperol twist that everyone will want to sip on.

In the summer of 2025, I hosted an Italian-inspired dinner party where I served a delicious menu of Italian-inspired bites. We kicked off the evening with prosciutto and melon skewers (yum!) and these Italian Margaritas!
This cocktail is a sunny, bittersweet spin on a classic margarita featuring tequila, Aperol, and a citrus blend that brings major vacation-in-Italy energy to any evening. My guests all loved starting the evening with this cocktail and I hope y’all will enjoy these all summer long. Cheers!
