The classic 90s drink is making a comeback! (Though did it ever really go away?) These Batched Cosmopolitans are such a fun drink to make if you’re hosting a group of girlfriends for drinks and apps at home, a spring brunch, or a night of mahjong.

Who doesn’t love a cosmo? With its pretty pink hue and tart flavor, it’s a fan favorite for a reason. Rather than spending the entire night at the bar measuring and shaking up a bunch of different beverages, make a big pitcher of Cosmo mix a few hours in advance and store it in the fridge. Whenever anyone wants a drink, all you need to do is pour some of the mix into a cocktail shaker, add some ice, and shake it up until it’s super cold.
If you can get your hands on some dehydrated lime wedges, they make for such a cute and unexpected garnish but otherwise, a classic lime twist will do the trick!
Ingredients:
- Vodka
- Cranberry Juice
- Cointreau
- Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- Dehydrated Lime Wheels, For Serving
Step-by-Step:
step one: mix up the base
In a large pitcher, combine the vodka, cranberry juice, Cointreau, and lime juice. Stir well to combine.
step two: cover and chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until very cold.
step three: shake and serve
To make one drink, pour 1/2 cup of the mix into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel or twist.

Recipe FAQs:
Cointreau is a French orange liqueur that’s a version of triple sec. If you don’t have a bottle stashed away in your bar, any type of triple sec will work!
