This January Whole30 Meal Plan Week 3 includes The Best Whole30 Pot Roast, this Sichuan Beef Stir Fry and three other recipes that will keep your Whole30 dinners far from boring this week! Two of the recipes also have larger serving sizes than usual so you’ll have great leftovers to serve for lunch or another night for dinner.

  1. I want to try the salmon burger but recently learned that I have an allergy to almonds. Is there a good replacement for the almond flour in this recipe? I see there is already cassava or arrowroot so not sure if I can replace almond with either one of these as well? Has anyone else had success with a different replacement for almond?

    1. Aimee,

      I just did this recipe in an instant pot via the saute method at normal for the time she stated in the recipe, and then 55 minutes on manual mode high pressure with quick release.

  2. Hey! I am making the pot roast for tomorrow and it says to roast in Dutch oven in the oven. What temp should the oven be on?? Thank you!!

  3. My husband won’t eat salmon, but I would like to make the salmon burger & Caesar salad. Can I freeze the extra salmon burgers? If so, should I freeze before or after cooking?

  5. Is that hatch green chile salsa or a 16 oz jar of the chiles? I only see 4oz cans. Thanks! We are loving the recipes so far!!!!

    1. Pablano chiles are more or less the same. When I can’t get hatch, I use poblano mixed with 1 pastilla chile, fire roasted on the grill, removing the chared skin. It’s ok if some of the skin doesn’t come off. Still good.
