July 26, 2021 at 5:13 pmWhile it may seem like an odd addition for a drink, egg white is a pretty common ingredient in classic cocktails. Egg white produces that beautiful, pale layer of foam that you see on top of some drinks when dining out. Besides looking lovely, it adds a soft, pillowy element to the texture of drinks.
