Let’s talk about plumbing fixtures. While that may seem like a mundane subject to discuss, simple, gorgeous fixtures can make a huge difference in any room. I feel like it is the “jewelry” to the room. Something to finish it nicely. Today, I am sharing some of the spaces we used KALLISTA in our new home, and how our new KALLISTA brassware added the perfect final touch to the girls’ bathrooms, our guest bath and laundry room! Their pieces are modern, minimalist, and beautiful — which is all that I needed!

I selected the One Collection for the bathrooms and laundry room and each piece brings the clean, modern sophistication that I was looking for in each room. The contemporary clean lines provided very versatile looks for each space in the different color finishes selected, all the way to the showering spaces!

Girls’ Bathrooms

As I have shown on my Instagram, Winnie and Sutton share a room but have separate bathrooms (it used to be two smaller rooms but we knocked down a wall). KALLISTA helped bring each space together with ease and infused minimalist design with classic character — the perfect combination for the girls as they grow older! I selected the One Collection Gooseneck Faucet in a shiny nickel silver finish, playing off the two-tone metal of the mirror and cabinet pulls in the girls’ bathrooms. This faucet paired with the Perfect Sink was such an easy selection to complete the space!

Guest Bath

For the guest bath, we wanted something a little more eclectic, yet sophisticated. Our upstairs has two rooms that split this ‘Jack and Jill’ style bathroom. Right now, it serves as Clayton’s office space and our guest bedroom; however, our plan for the future is to allow the girls to have their own bedrooms upstairs when they get older.

Unlike the girls’ bathrooms, we went with an Unlacquered Brass finish on the One Gooseneck Cross-Handle Sink Faucet. You can allow it to age and patina or polish and restore its luster, allowing for versatile and timeless bathroom design. We plan to allow it to age and patina, giving the room a fun and more vintage flair, which really fits with our home vibe.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is all about functionality, but if you’re going to be in there a lot why not have it look great? We really didn’t remodel much in our laundry room. We kept it as is, painted the old cabinets with a fun color, replaced the countertops and popped in a new sink.

With KALLISTA, I was able to have function and sophistication with the sleek spout of the One Collection Deck-Mount Bridge Faucet. To add to the laundry room convenience, I also added the One Sidespray to complete the look. I chose a gunmetal finish over the nickel silver and unlacquered brass used in the other rooms for subtle, cool undertones to complete the contemporary space.

    1. Hi Hannah, sorry for the slow response I had to do some digging:
      The floor is by LaNova
The walls are by Fireclay (same in laundry room)
