January 19, 2021 at 12:29 amHey! FYI for Tuesday’s meal ingredients I don’t see the canned tomatoes in the grocery list! Only marinara and tomato paste but maybe I missed it. Everything has been so yum!

January 15, 2021 at 8:03 pmThank you so much for doing this! We are not doing a strict whole 30 but my husband and I both enjoy your recipes (never had a bad one!) and cook book. Having a meal plan/grocery list provided is awesome! Looking forward to week 3. Thank you!!!

January 11, 2021 at 2:08 amQuestion for the chicken avo soup… if I have rotisserie chicken can I do it like I would for a stove top soup? Suggestions for that?
Alex
January 13, 2021 at 12:00 amYou can definitely do it stove top. I would saute the veggies first, add broth + spices, tomatoes and let simmer for 20-30. Then drop in the rotisserie chicken right before serving.

January 10, 2021 at 8:27 pmThank you so much for these meal plans and recipes! They’re making our first whole30 so much easier and delicious. Especially since we moved and your cookbook is buried somewhere in a pile of boxes. 😬

January 9, 2021 at 8:23 pmCan you pre-make the ceasar dressing? At what point would you prep the meat balls if you want to cook in advance – just until they need to go in the oven? Thank you!
Alex
January 10, 2021 at 12:04 amYes, you can make the caesar and it keeps for about 5 days.
and yes– I’d roll the meatballs and have them ready to pop into the oven for best results.

January 9, 2021 at 2:18 pmHi there! is it possible to do the chicken avo lime soup without a crockpot or instapot? perhaps with rotisserie chicken instead?
Alex
January 9, 2021 at 4:12 pmDefinitely! You could cook it on the stove top by sauteeing the veggies, adding broth, seasonings, and lime, and let simmer for 20 mins or so. Add in rotisserie chicken at end.

January 8, 2021 at 12:05 amHi Alex! Both of my (adult) kids have the covid so I’m under house arrest. I’m following your amazing meal plans and tonight was the crockpot chicken and avocado lime soup. It is so delicious! Thank you for all you do. We really enjoy all the meals. Regards, Lisa M.

January 7, 2021 at 6:11 pmHi Alex! I wanted to thank you for these Whole30 meal plans, including grocery lists which are so helpful! I printed out last week’s meal plan and made every single meal. Our favorite was the fish florentine (which was a surprise since spinach is not usually a favorite around here). Your plans have also helped me branch out–I used Ghee and Coconut aminos for the first time!

January 7, 2021 at 5:09 pmHi Alex, I wanted to thank you for putting out week 2 of whole30 meal plans. We’re going through week 1 meals and truly enjoyed them. I have a question about the Epic meatballs recipe for next week. What could I substitute for the cashews since too many cashews don’t go well with my digestion. Thanks in ahead!
