    1. Kay, can you confirm which chicken salad you are referring to? We didn’t list a chicken salad in this Cookbook meal plan; however there are some salads with chicken on the blog + cookbook so I can clarify for you.

    1. Never mind. I am seeing the comments. Will look for them in the book! Thank you so much for helping us! This is the first time I do Whole30 and loving your recipes!!!! 🤗

    1. This meal plan is for recipes in my book so you will need to pull the recipes from there. This was just to help with recipe ideas and to create the grocery list. If you need another meal plan of blog recipes, here is another to try!

  4. Hey Alex! We’ve been absolutely loving these weekly guides! Thank you! I looked at the PDF on the link above, but it only has 2 pages and is missing the recipes. Can you upload this again? Thanks so much!

    1. hi Melissa,
For the cookbook meal plans– you will need to have the cookbook to have access to the recipes! I hope you understand, but since it’s my formally published book I don’t share those recipes online.
      Alex

  5. Will you have any regular recipes coming up over the next few months or just whole 30?

    Thank you!

    1. I’ll start to go back to some more “food freedom” recipes– was just providing more support since a lot of people do the Whole30 in Jan! 🙂

    2. Thank you! We are LOVING these plans – they are making this whole30 that much easier for us this round. FYI – I think Monday is mistitled, we did that recipe on the week 2 plan and page 131 is carrot ginger salad with baked salmon.
