Creamy Cilantro-Avocado Sauce
This Creamy Cilantro-Avocado Sauce is my new favorite thing. I originally made it for my Fish Taco Bowl recipe (will post tomorrow) but I used the leftovers throughout the week and realized how versatile it was. Top it on any protein to amp up your meal, and it especially goes well on a Taco Salad!

Typically creamy avocado sauces have sour cream in it but this one here is using my homemade mayo and it is seriously fantastic. This Creamy Cilantro-Avocado Sauce lasts about a week in the fridge (without turning brown like most avocado-based sauces), so it is perfect for meal prep! Enjoy!
