Love this dressing! We use it as a regular dinner rotation with my sheetpan Italian Sausage and Peppers. Thanks for the great clean-eating recipes!

Hi, Alex! Love all your recipes (like… literally) and am so excited to make this tomorrow as part of the workweek lunches I pre-pack. I have a question about the pasta: did it maintain its texture? (IF there were leftovers, that is.. lol.)

Some GF pastas tend to take on an almost crunchy, undercooked texture after a couple days and I was curious if you experienced that with this one? Thank you in advance for your response!

      Hi Carrie,
It certainly doesn’t hold it’s own like regular pasta does– but it kept surprisingly well. Definitely got a bit more firm in the fridge– but I let it set out at room temp for just a bit before eating and it’s good.

Have you ever made this using store bought mayo? Just curious

You can definitely do this; however, I find that storebought mayo has more added flavor to it and isn’t as neutral. It changes the flavor a bit. So, just try to select one that is really mild in flavor… I like the Chosen Foods Avocado oil Mayo or Sir Kinsington’s brand.
