It’s January and the clean eating resolutions have begun! Let’s try to stick with it this year, shall we? Make it part of our daily routine? If I can do it, so can you!

Clean eating doesn’t have to be boring. You can make not-so-difficult recipes that taste great in your kitchen that keep you on track. This 5-day meal prep and plan is designed to help you get on your feet so that you can get into the swing of grocery shopping for the week and accomplishing your health goals while also serving you and your family delicious food that won’t leave you hungry.

I really love this meal-plan because it’s filled with some of YOUR favorites. These top recipes from my blog are certain to satisfy your tastes buds while also not having to put forward too much work. The only recipe that takes a little more time to make is the Meatloaf, which is why I’ve included it as Sunday’s dinner when you have a little extra time plus, it’s leftovers are just as good as when you make it fresh. So it’s perfect to use as lunch within the week along with the Kale Waldorf Salad! Yum.

If you need other 5 day meal plans, check out the other ones that I have here. And, please, I love hearing your feedback in the comments below! 🙂

This is what works for me and my family and I hope you will use this as a great outline or inspiration for your week if you are looking for it! I really try my best to be a great resource for each of you but I also don’t know how many people you are cooking for: just you? You and your roomie or boyfriend? your family of 4? or family of 6? and I definitely don’t know your kiddos taste buds. I hope that you’ll adjust this to your needs and use it as inspiration to make your week as successful and healthy as you want it to be!
