    How spicy is the sriacha in the Thursday meal? We are not a super spicy family, but I can do a little kick. Whole foods was out of it this weekend, but any other substitiute? Thanks Lori

      You can just leave out the sriracha and add yours on top at the end to taste.

    You are the best to pull these recipes together and make an easy to follow, detailed grocery list. I’ve done several W30’s but you are taking it to the next level. That soup was killer good last night. My husband was wary but went back for seconds. Thank you for doing the heavy lifting for us!

      I’d use Unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk

    I see halibut on the grocery list but no halibut dish on the menu. Can you confirm? Thanks!

      The halibut is used in Tuesday’s meal, the Dairy-Free Fish Florentine.
