As the New Year approaches, I just want to kindly remind you that you don’t have to make changes that stress you out and deprive you. Perhaps you are already comfortable in your food freedom, and you don’t need to take on any Whole30 challenges to change your habits. Or perhaps you’re looking to make some changes to your lifestyle that might make you feel better and get control of your health. That decision is yours, and I just encourage you to really evaluate what you are taking on and thinking to yourself, Is this right for me? Is this going to hurt me mentally or emotionally? Is this going to help me change my habits? Those are just a few questions to consider before trying to make changes in your diet and lifestyle so that you can ensure you are doing whats best for YOU.

If you are looking to take on a Whole30 challenge, here is a great meal plan that you might find helpful. It’s a 4-day free downloadable meal plan designed to help make your life a little easier. You’ll find some prep tips so that breakfast and lunches are easy to throw together or heat up. Plus 4 SUPER SIMPLE weeknight dinners to whip up at the end of the day and enjoy! Grocery list included 🙂
