Easy Lemon-Thyme Roasted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 (6- to 8-ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • Place the salmon filets in a large baking dish and pat dry. Drizzle with olive oil and rub evenly into the salmon. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Top with minced garlic and lemon zest, then scatter the lemon rounds around the salmon. Sprinkle with thyme.
  • Transfer to the oven and roast until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork, 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy!!
