1/3cupfreshly squeezed lime juice(from about 3 limes)
2tablespoonsfreshly squeezed lemon juice(from about 1 lemon)
2tablespoonspepperoncini juice
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonmaggi seasoning
1teaspooncelery salt
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
2tablespoonshot sauce,such as Tapatíor Valentina, plus more to taste
For Serving:
Lime wedges
Tajín seasoning,for the rim
Cold Modelo beer(or other Mexican lager)
Instructions
Make the Michelada Mix:
In a pitcher, combine the Clamato juice, lime juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, maggi seasoning, celery salt, kosher salt, black pepper, and hot sauce. Stir well to combine. Taste and adjust hot sauce or seasoning to your liking.
Prep the Glasses:
Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim in Tajín to coat.
Assemble the Michelada:
Fill each glass with ice. Pour about ½ cup of the Michelada mix into each glass (or to taste), then top with cold Modelo beer. Gently stir to combine.
