Summer Rosé Sangria

Serves 8 to 10 people and great to make ahead for any summer gathering!
Prep Time10 minutes
Chill Time4 hours
Servings: 8 people

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles dry rosé wine
  • ¾ cup Cointreau or orange liqueur
  • ¼ cup honey or agave warmed slightly to easily dissolve
  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1 orange sliced into rounds
  • Small handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda added at serving
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  • Combine the rosé, Cointreau, honey, strawberries, peaches, orange slices, and basil in a large pitcher.
  • Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight — the longer it sits, the better the fruit infuses.
  • When ready to serve, fill a wine glass with ice and pour the sangria mixture about ¾ of the way full. Top off with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with extra basil and fruit.
