Summer Rosé Sangria
Serves 8 to 10 people and great to make ahead for any summer gathering!
Prep Time10 minutes mins
Chill Time4 hours hrs
Servings: 8 people
- 2 bottles dry rosé wine
- ¾ cup Cointreau or orange liqueur
- ¼ cup honey or agave warmed slightly to easily dissolve
- 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced
- 2 ripe peaches pitted and thinly sliced
- 1 orange sliced into rounds
- Small handful of fresh basil leaves
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda added at serving
- Ice for serving
Combine the rosé, Cointreau, honey, strawberries, peaches, orange slices, and basil in a large pitcher.
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight — the longer it sits, the better the fruit infuses.
When ready to serve, fill a wine glass with ice and pour the sangria mixture about ¾ of the way full. Top off with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with extra basil and fruit.
