Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Line up bacon in a single layer, without overlapping.
Place bacon in an un-preheated, COLD oven. Once your bacon is in the oven set your oven to 375 degrees F. Cook bacon until it is cooked to desired doneness, *20 to 30 minutes. The time starts right when you place it in the oven (not after it's preheated) and no need to flip! (*Cook time depends on how thick your bacon is. Mine is typically perfectly cooked at 30 minutes on the dot, but with thinner bacon i pull it around 25 minutes).
Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain off excess fat. Enjoy!
