Hey DFW, I have some super-duper exciting news to share with you!! I’ve collaborated with one of my favorite healthy Dallas restaurants to serve you two of my very own creations in their restaurant! YAY!
Origin Kitchen is one of my absolute favorites (hence the collaboration, ha)! I love that they offer a plethora of paleo dishes that are absolutely delicious. Not only do I love dropping by here for a healthy breakfast or lunch on the weekdays, I also love that on the weekends my whole family can enjoy a fun, healthy brunch here. There brunch menu is insanely delicious and they also make fantastic cocktails, too!
When Origin Kitchen reached out to me about creating some fun, new menu items I was so thrilled! I knew immediately that one of them HAD to be a breakfast taco because, y’all know my love for breakfast tacos! YES. So I created a simply delicious grass-fed green chile beef breakfast taco that is served up in Siete Foods Cassava Flour Tortillas. I encourage you to enjoy it with their bulletproof coffee or, if you are up for it, grab a mimosa or bloody mary!
For their lunch menu, we decided a healthy, paleo approved salad would be a huge hit! My Green Goddess Dressing is one of my absolute favorite things on my blog so a big salad topped with that sounded absolutely perfect! Instead of topping it with regular old chicken, we took things up a notch and topped it with a grain-free crusted popcorn chicken. Fried in avocado oil, this salad is absolutely delicious and I seriously want to eat it every dang day. I also choose to add that popcorn chicken because I thought it would be perfect for momma’s like myself to order for their kiddos, too! Ask for an order of just the popcorn chicken with a side of sweet potato fries… your kids (or you) can thank me later! 😉
I can’t wait for you guys to go try our new menu items, but… seriously, everything on the menu is fantastic. They have the best breakfast hashes in town, fantastic paleo pancakes, and their burger salads is one of my go-to orders! If you go, don’t forget to tag me and @originkitchen so we can see what you decided to order!! YAY!
