Mango Avocado Salsa Ingredients:
1 Mango, peeled and diced
1 Avocado, diced
1 medium-sized tomato, diced
1/4 red onion, diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of freshly chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, toss carefully so the salsa does not get too mushy. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
